Job Description

The Gleaner Company is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Online Membership Community Manager to cultivate and nurture our growing digital subscriber and member base. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and retain our online membership community.
  • Actively engage with members across various digital platforms (forums, social media, email newsletters, private groups) to foster interaction and discussion.
  • Monitor community health, identify key trends, address concerns, and manage potential conflicts with tact and professionalism.
  • Create and curate engaging content (e.g., polls, Q&As, exclusive articles, events) specifically for our online members.
  • Analyze community engagement data and provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, editorial, and product teams to integrate community feedback into content and feature development.
  • Organize and facilitate online events, webinars, or meetups to enhance member value and connection.
  • Develop and enforce community guidelines to ensure a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in online community management.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in online community management, social media management, or digital content creation.
