Novarick Homes is looking for an Online Sales Associate to drive sales and growth for our company through online channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and converting online inquiries into closed deals. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and drive traffic through online platforms, including social media and email marketing
  • Respond to online inquiries and engage with potential clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert online leads into closed deals

  • Lead clients through the entire sales process, from pre-sale engagement to after-sales service, ensuring client satisfaction at each stage
  • Collect feedback from clients and deliver post-sale services to ensure repeat business
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Accurately update client information and interactions in our CRM system

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in online sales or marketing, preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong understanding of online sales and marketing strategies, including social media and email marketing

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
