Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Online YouTube Content Reviewer and play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and positive online experience for users worldwide. In this 100% remote position, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content against established policies and guidelines, identifying violations, and taking appropriate action to maintain content quality and community standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding platform integrity. You will be working independently to evaluate a high volume of content across various formats, contributing directly to the safety and well-being of the YouTube community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze user-generated content (videos, comments, thumbnails, etc.) on the YouTube platform to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
  • Identify and take appropriate action on content violations, including removal, age-restriction, or escalation to higher-level teams.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in content moderation decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving content policies, guidelines, and cultural nuances relevant to online content.
  • Provide clear and concise feedback on content decisions when required.
  • Collaborate with team members and leads to share insights and best practices.
  • Handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content in a professional and objective manner.

Required Skills

  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
