Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion Consultant with deep functional and/or techno-functional expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle ERP Cloud modules in large-scale enterprise environments. This role requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion functional designs.
  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion modules such as:
  • Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
  • Procurement
  • Projects
  • SCM and/or HCM (as applicable)
  • Design and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP services, and third-party systems.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion Analytics.
  • Provide leadership during UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-production support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and system issues across Oracle ERP Cloud.
  • Ensure solutions follow Oracle best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Mentor junior consultants and act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Support for issue resolution and patch management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of overall IT/ERP experience with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion.
  • Proven experience with multiple Oracle Fusion implementations.
  • Deep functional knowledge in at least one major Oracle Fusion module (Financials preferred).
  • Strong understanding of ERP business processes and enterprise systems integration.
  • Experience with OIC, REST APIs, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fusion security.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with senior business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in healthcare, retail, or multi-location enterprise environments is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle Fusion certifications (Financials / SCM / HCM).
  • Experience supporting Oracle ERP Cloud in a high-transaction enterprise environment.
  • Prior experience working with large retail or healthcare organizations.
