provide subject matter expertise, coaching and guidance to assigned teams</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Conduct change management assessments, including impact analysis, change readiness, stakeholder identification and develop appropriate plans and countermeasures</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Identify, assess and prepare risk mitigation tactics, including plans to manage anticipated resistance to change</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Partner with stakeholders and team members to coordinate efforts to achieve objectives</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Identify communication and training needs and work with key partners to develop plans</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Define success metrics and monitor progress against goals across the change management portfolio and recommend enhancements</span></span></p></li></ul><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><b><span>Basic Qualifications for Level 2:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Bachelor’s degree required plus a minimum of 2 years of experience in change management, organization effectiveness, digital transformation consulting, and enabling large-scale business transformation initiatives OR Master’s degree</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Practical experience in a broad range of organizational design and change management principles, methodologies and tools; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
