Compensation Base salary: $45,000–$65,000 (depending on experience). Commission: Paid on new accounts you personally originate On-target earnings (OTE): $85,000–$120,000+ No cap on commission

About the Role: We are a commercial sign and lighting service contractor company hiring one outbound, full-cycle salesperson to originate new multi-location commercial accounts. This is a true hunter role. No inbound leads, No account maintenance, No shared credit-You will prospect, call, close, and then hand off accounts to operations after an initial ownership period.

What You Will Do: Make high-volume outbound calls daily, Prospect and close new commercial accounts, Own the sales process end-to-end, Log activity and outcomes accurately, Hand off accounts to operations after 6 months

What Is Not Be Expected: Manage existing customers, Rely on inbound leads, Substitute email for calling, Negotiate activity expectations

Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Proven outbound / cold-calling experience, Full-cycle sales experience (prospecting → close), Comfortable with rejection and repetition, Able to work independently under clear performance rules, U.S. based, Eastern Time availability, If you prefer inbound sales, account management, or marketing-generated leads, do not apply.

How Performance Is Measured: Verified outbound call activity, New accounts originated, Accurate logging of calls and outcomes. This role operates with clear expectations and objective metrics. Performance is reviewed early and often.
