The position is licensed only for residents of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. Capital Management Services has an exciting opportunity for Overnight Lost/Stolen Customer Service Positions... We are currently seeking candidates with strong customer service skills to join our growing team of overnight, weekend, and holiday lost/stolen customer service agents. We are especially interested in candidates with a background in any field requiring customer outreach such as phone customer service, collections, telemarketing, and sales interested in a Work From Home position. This role is performing Lost/Stolen Customer Service for a large banking institution. Candidates with other forms of Customer Service experience who are looking to "break into" the remote call center environment are also encouraged to apply. Both the training and the position are 100% fully remote, and are looking for candidates to perform the following functions on a daily basis: File Disputes: Customers who call in suspecting fraud on their account must file a dispute for the charges, and must have their debit card shut down for safety. Express Empathy: Potential bank account fraud is serious, and scary for customers. The agent must be able to maintain an empathetic and professional tone throughout all calls. Off-Hours Availability: This job is 100% Nights, 100% Weekends, and 100% Holidays. This is not a traditional 9 to 5, and no traditional hours exist except for holidays. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associates Degree Preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. Background Check Required. Excellent communication skills. Ability to use WIRED High-Speed Internet Connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (No Wifi). We provide equipment, but wireless internet is not permitted.
