Job Description: 

Job Summary
As a Senior Palantir Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-performance data solutions on the Palantir Foundry platform. You will work with a cross-functional team of data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to turn complex data into actionable intelligence. This role requires extensive experience in data engineering, application development, and a deep understanding of AIP and Palantir ecosystem. 
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and data models within Palantir Foundry.
• Develop custom applications, user interfaces, and workflows using Foundry's no-code/low-code tools and programming languages like TypeScript, React, or Python.
• Integrate data from various source systems using Foundry's data connection tools, APIs, and other relevant technologies.
• Leverage and manage Palantir's Ontology to model real-world business objects and relationships, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
• Optimize and tune Foundry workflows and data transformations for maximum efficiency and scalability.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to data platforms, pipelines, and applications within the Palantir environment.
• Collaborate with business analysts and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement and enforce best practices for data governance, security, and access control within the Palantir platform.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members. 
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in data engineering or software development, with a minimum of 2-3 years specifically using Palantir Foundry.
• Technical Proficiency:
o Expertise in Palantir Foundry components, including: Pipeline Builder, Code Repositories, Ontology Manager, Contour, Quiver, and Workshop.
o Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python or PySpark.
o Proficiency with SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
o Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Soft Skills:
o Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
o Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
o Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
