About the Role

A leading real estate investment firm specializing in infrastructure and telecom assets is hiring a Part-Time Data Specialist to support its Acquisitions team.

This is a great opportunity for students or early-career professionals interested in real estate, finance, or investing who want hands-on experience inside an investment firm while maintaining a flexible schedule.

You’ll spend your time researching property ownership, verifying information, and organizing data that helps the team identify new acquisition opportunities. If you enjoy structured work, digging into details, solving puzzles, and working independently, this role will be a strong fit.

No prior real estate experience is required — we’ll teach you the industry. We’re looking for someone who is curious, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Schedule & Compensation
  • Part-time, hourly position

  • Approximately 4 hours per day (more or less based on your availability)

  • Flexible scheduling around classes or other commitments

  • Remote-friendly (work from home) with optional office time

  • Paid for all hours worked

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Research property ownership and related entities

  • Verify owner names, business entities, and contact details

  • Cross-check information across public records and databases

  • Organize and clean data in Excel and internal systems

  • Identify missing or inconsistent information and flag issues

  • Help the Acquisitions team build accurate lead lists for outreach

  • Support reporting and data organization projects
