The Role: Part-Time Executive Assistant
This role provides high-level executive support while leading the development and optimisation of internal business systems. Working closely with the UK-based founder, you'll split your time between personal/executive tasks and improving the operational backbone of the business. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys reducing complexity, implementing structure, and leveraging technology to improve workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 3+ years of experience in executive or operations assistant roles

  • Manage diary entries, reminders, and important personal deadlines

  • Coordinate school communications, travel, holidays, and logistics

  • Handle personal admin tasks including bookings, payments, and paperwork

  • Analyse and optimise existing digital tools, CRMs, and workflows

  • Create, maintain, and test SOPs, automations, and system integrations

  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements

  • Support operational follow-through, task management, and light coordination

About You

  • 3+ years experience in executive support, operations, or systems-focused roles

  • Strong tech capability with CRMs, automation tools, and task/project systems

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
