About Jobs In. Fitness:

Jobs In. Fitness is where the fitness industry comes to hire. We work with the best gyms, studios, and performance brands across the UK - helping them find coaches, managers, front-of-house stars, sales talent and future leaders.

The Basics:

● Minimum 20 hours per week, split over 4-5 days.

● Flexible hours but high expectations around delivery and responsiveness

● Hybrid set up with regular co-working sessions across London

● Opportunity to join company at an exciting stage of growth!

Key Responsibilities:

You’ll manage roles from first client conversation through to placement. That includes sourcing and screening candidates, shortlisting for fit and quality, speaking directly with founders and operators, managing interviews and offers, and closing hires. You’ll run your desk like a small business, with support, structure and clear expectations.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning live roles from brief to placement

  • Sourcing and screening candidates across LinkedIn, referrals, databases and outreach

  • Delivering tight shortlists with a strong focus on culture and brand fit

  • Speaking directly with gym, studio and wellness founders

  • Managing interview processes, feedback and offers

  • Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients

  • Keeping systems and CRM accurate and up to date

Who is this role for:
  • You’re interested in the fitness or wellness industry

  • You enjoy speaking to people and building relationships

  • You’re comfortable with targets, accountability and commission-based earning

  • You want flexibility without sacrificing responsibility or progression

  • You can work autonomously and follow through on what you commit to

What success looks like:
  • Owning multiple live roles at any one time

  • Delivering high-quality shortlists rather than high volumes of CVs

  • Making placements and earning commission

  • Being trusted to manage your workload without micromanagement
