We’re hiring a competent, organized, and reliable professional to work directly with our founder on a variety of ongoing business tasks.

This is a remote, part-time role (25–30 hours per week) that offers long-term stability and flexible working hours.

You’ll help across different areas of the business — including administration, research, data analysis, and light social-media management — all related to our personal brand, coaching, and management operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative and organizational tasks, including updating trackers, spreadsheets, and project notes.
  • Conduct online research and prepare clear summaries or short reports.
  • Assist with data collection and light analysis (Google Sheets / Notion).
  • Support social-media operations, such as reviewing content, checking analytics, or compiling performance summaries.
  • Draft, proofread, and format small pieces of written content (emails, captions, outlines).
  • Communicate clearly and deliver tasks on time with minimal supervision.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…

  • Have 2+ years of professional experience (admin, research, marketing, operations, or similar).
  • Are highly organized, analytical, and dependable.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English — both written and spoken.
  • Can work independently, follow instructions, and take initiative.
  • Are comfortable using tools like Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and open to learning new platforms (Notion, Canva, Airtable).
  • Have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.

Bonus (not required):

  • Experience working remotely or supporting entrepreneurs.
  • Familiarity with social-media metrics or reporting.
  • Exposure to real-estate, coaching, or digital-business environments.

Work Hours:

  • 25–30 hours per week (consistent and long-term).
  • Flexible schedule — manage your own hours.
  • Must be available between Monday - Saturday

Compensation

  • USD $500–$760/month, depending on experience.
  • Paid monthly via Wise or PayPal, or Bank Transfer
  • Bonus eligibility after a certain time period

There could also be potential in the future for this role to be full-time for the right candidate
