As we continue to grow, Peter Caleb Logistics is seeking a dedicated and organized Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist to support our hiring and employee onboarding efforts.

Position Overview

The Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist will manage the full-cycle recruitment process and coordinate onboarding for delivery drivers and support staff for Peter Caleb Logistics. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiting or HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently in a remote setting while supporting the continued growth of Peter Caleb Logistics.

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for driver and support positions at Peter Caleb Logistics
  • Post job ads on relevant platforms and manage applicant pipelines
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with offer letters
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Onboarding & HR Support

  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements (background checks, MVR checks, drug screens)
  • Prepare and distribute onboarding paperwork for Peter Caleb Logistics new hires
  • Ensure compliance with FedEx ISP and DOT hiring requirements
  • Track and maintain onboarding documentation
  • Assist with employee file management and recordkeeping
  • Support new hire orientation scheduling and communication
