Part-Time Virtual Assistant – Customer Service & Calls (Opportunity for Full-Time)

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and highly productive part-time Virtual Assistant to support our growing financial services business. This role includes customer service, answering calls, scheduling consultations, and light administrative tasks.

This is a part-time role to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously

Schedule and confirm consultations with clients

Assist with light administrative tasks (Google Docs, Sheets, email)

Provide excellent customer service

Learn quickly and adapt to new systems

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Comfortable answering the phone and speaking with clients

Highly productive, self-motivated, and able to multitask

Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and basic computer tools

Previous VA, customer service, or administrative experience preferred

Compensation & Schedule:

Base pay: $400 per month, paid bi-weekly (e.g., Fridays)

Additional pay: $20 per completed consultation

Flexible schedule: 3–4 days per week to start

Opportunity for full-time hours and additional pay based on performance
