What You’ll Do:

You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly - from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.

In This Role You’ll:

  • Safely operate material handling equipment: electric pallet jacks - 2yrs Experience
  • Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards
  • Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory
  • Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols
  • Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately
  • Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products

What You’ll Bring

  • Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred

• Valid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation

• Strong reading/math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation

• Use a voice-directed picking system (VoCollect headset) to accurately select and prepare customer orders

Schedule & Setting:

  • Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F)
  • Shift: Primarily a 5-day work week, starting at 2:30pm
  • Weekend and holiday availability required
  • Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50+ lbs and standing/walking for extended periods

Pay

  • Pay: $21.28
  • Weekly pay (every Friday)
