Manage and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support employer brand initiatives. Develop and maintain a strong online presence for ByteDance's employer brand through various channels and platforms. Plan and execute employer branding events and initiatives to engage potential candidates. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current employees to promote a positive employer brand image. Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive brand image. Regularly track and report on the success of employer branding efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in employer branding and reputation management to ensure ByteDance remains competitive. Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to ensure a consistent employer brand message throughout the candidate experience. Communicate and advocate for the employer brand internally to ensure all employees are aligned with the company's brand image. Proactively identify and address potential challenges or issues that may impact the employer brand reputation.
