About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for executing best-in-class sales and service strategies that prioritize customer satisfaction. Team Members are expected to provide exceptional customer service behaviors, ensuring that the customer is at the forefront of every action. You will create a customer-friendly in-store and curbside shopping experience, leveraging technology to enhance service for both internal and external customers. A positive attitude and a commitment to overcoming obstacles to bring joy to customers are essential. Additionally, Team Members will work collaboratively to meet sales, profit, and service targets while adhering to key Balloon & Omni strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Execute best in class sales and service strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service behaviors and put the customer first.
  • Deliver a customer-friendly in-store and curbside shopping experience.
  • Leverage technology to enhance the customer service experience.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and overcome obstacles to bring joy to customers.
  • Master all Balloon & OMNI channel service platforms, including in-store pickup, delivery, and curbside pickup.
  • Manage and plan daily and weekly workload to meet store sales goals and customer engagement.
  • Assist the Store Team Leader and Leads in onboarding and mentoring new Team Members.
  • Role model behaviors connected to Friendly, Easy, and Accurate service.
  • Support an environment that promotes engagement.
