The Operational Excellence Team is growing at Aramark Healthcare +. The role is remote with travel for this role at 75%. Remote

We are looking for a Patient Dining Mobilization Manager - RDN Required, that will be responsible for transitioning programs from self op or competitor business to Aramark standards and programs. They will ensure full implementation of Aramark’s standards, programs, procedures, and policies to include menus, recipes, service, image and communication for menu distribution and collection, diet office, tray assembly and delivery.

They will be accountable for the success, effectiveness, on-time delivery, and business outcomes of the patient dining program transition.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform healthcare account activation duties for patient dining. Align program sold to implementation plan.
  • Work in partnership with all stakeholders for patient dining, tailoring an opening plan as needed, ensuring successful account opening.
  • Provides hands-on support during activation planning period, “go live” and throughout the 30, 60, 90-day window.
  • Ensure full implementation of Aramark’s standards, procedures and policies to include menu distribution and collection, diet office requirements and procedures, tray assembly and delivery standards using Aramark program standards for menus, recipes, service, image and communication.
  • Throughout ensure regulatory requirements and industry standards are met.
  • Work with identified operations team to manage a practical implementation checklist and handoff of activation in a simple, rigorous, and measurable manner. Ensure appropriate documentation is completed.
  • Enable delivery with speed and agility by clearly understanding all challenges and opportunities.
  • Identify and perform trainings.
  • Exhibit creativity to solve for presented challenges regarding program implementation. Provide troubleshooting.
  • Enable identification, resolution, and potential escalation of issues and mid-course correction/revision of plans.
  • Validate the expected plan execution and outcomes as defined/desired by Client/Aramark.
  • Identify and manage risks that may impede the plan success. Quickly manage up unexpected or unresolved concerns throughout.
  • Continually bring perspective based on input/feedback and identify ways to improve effectiveness/efficiency while simultaneously leveraging effective practices.
  • Foster support and relationships by developing a strong level of trust and credibility with all stakeholders; act as an operator advocate throughout the process.

Qualifications

Certification/License:Registered Dietitian with active registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Commission on Dietetic Registration; Certification/Licensure, preferred, by state of practice. Master’s degree preferred.

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in acute care patient dining operations with more than one type of patient dining delivery model experience.
  • Multi-site responsibilities preferred.
  • Has a working knowledge of CBORD.
  • Experience with successful account site activation a must.
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of clinical nutrition programs, regulatory compliance and professional clinical nutrition practice standards.
