About the position

As a Virtual Payment Advisor (VPA) at PNC, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on providing Merchant Service and Treasury Management products to small businesses. This role emphasizes client acquisition, relationship management, and delivering tailored payment solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. The position is remote, requiring effective communication and collaboration with internal partners and clients through virtual platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and discuss Merchant Service and Treasury Management products with small businesses.
  • Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships by presenting a full range of PNC solutions focused on clients' payment needs.
  • Provide recommendations and insights that support engagement, loyalty, and financial well-being during customer interactions.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions relevant to clients' processing and cash management needs.
  • Build an effective internal network within the branch distribution enterprise to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
  • Demonstrate effective conversation to support the CARES model and educate clients based on their expectations.
  • Execute on contact management strategy by utilizing available tools and resources.
  • Regularly meet with internal business partners to communicate and review pipeline management and accountability to business results.
  • Develop a full understanding of the complex payments landscape to engage effectively with clients and internal partners.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Experience in Merchant Services and Treasury Management sales.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a call center environment.
  • Proven sales skills with a focus on small businesses.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
