BMY Hospitality Investments Limited is a private family office and investment vehicle managing luxury assets across the UK, Europe, and Oceania. We are seeking a sophisticated, well-presentable professional to support a 24-year-old Principal currently completing her undergraduate studies in London. This role serves as a unique entry point into High-Net-Worth (HNW) lifestyle management and international business operations. Location: Merino Gardens, London, E1W 2DR Academic Mentorship & Strategy Provide expert guidance on the Principal’s transition to postgraduate studies. Manage university selection (e.g., LSE, Bayes, UCL) and the drafting of competitive personal statements. Act as an “English Mentor” by facilitating linguistic immersion through daily conversation and social coaching. Logistics & Fleet Management Serve as the primary driver for daily commutes to university (Monday–Thursday) and social appointments. Operate a dedicated luxury vehicle provided by the Family Office. Ensure the vehicle is maintained to high standards (cleanliness, fuelling, and security) Lifestyle & Wellness Support Active Companion: Accompany the Principal in fitness activities, including gym sessions, swimming, and badminton. Amenity Access: Coordinate wellness routines within the Merino Gardens apartment complex. Domestic Care: Occasionally oversee the residence’s aesthetic standards, including light organisation and organisation to maintain a pristine environment. Culinary Assistance: Prepare light, nutritious meals as required. Global Travel You will have the exciting opportunity to accompany the principal on both leisure and business trips abroad. Your journey will take you across incredible destinations including Europe, Asia, and Oceania, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring every trip is a seamless success. Flexibility: The role offers a highly flexible schedule. On days without planned activities, the Associate is not required to be on-site. Availability: Must remain available for evening events, social engagements, or specific requests from the Principal. Primary Location: Tower Hill / London Docks area. Compensation & Enhanced Lifestyle Package Competitive Salary & Formal Contract: A competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum, provided under an official employment contract with BMY Hospitality Investments Limited. Luxury Fleet Access: Full use of a dedicated luxury vehicle for all professional duties, with premium insurance, maintenance, and fuelling costs entirely covered by the employer.
