Delaware North's Patina Group is searching for a full-time experienced Pizza Cook to join our team at Hudson Yards in New York, New York. As a pizza cook, you will craft delicious pizzas while contributing to an unforgettable dining experience to our guests. We care about our team member’s personal and professional well-being. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas, ensuring adherence to recipe standards.
  • Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to achieve perfect crust texture and toppings.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an organized and efficient workflow.
  • Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the pizza preparation area.
  • May be required to perform other duties as needed to support the overall goals and objectives of the team and organization.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Pizza Cook or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of pizza preparation techniques, including dough stretching and topping distribution.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Basic math skills; ability to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements and proportions.
