The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, with at least 10 years of experience in program/project management in the software industry. They should possess the ability to rapidly comprehend complex technical and business problems, identify root causes, and develop appropriate solutions. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to ensure successful outcomes for the Enablement & Operations Engineering Planning initiatives. Utilize technical and business acumen to rapidly comprehend and identify root causes of complex problems, and develop appropriate solutions. Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to identify areas of improvement. Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
