Reporting to the Private Client Director, you'll be at the forefront, actively planning and implementing commercial strategies to not only grow existing relationships but also seize new opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement commercial strategies to increase existing business and gain new opportunities by targeting (U)HNWI through cultivating key relationships and extending personalized services and experiences.
  • Lead all aspects of commercial relationships throughout the entire process, from prospecting to invoicing, sales, delivery, and after-sales follow-up.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to update MH CRM database and follow compliance guidelines on protecting clients' data and ensure all clients sign PDPA with Moet Hennessy.
  • Collaborate with the Private Client Director and team to create and implement tailored client experiences, drive sales through targeted campaigns, and establish valuable partnerships with aligned luxury brands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred or equivalent years of industry experience.
  • 7+ years of luxury sales experience, combining marketing and brand management.
  • Existing network or relationships within the U.S. (U)HNWI consumer market.
  • Confirmed experience in a similar role, leading Direct-to-Consumer Sales with ultra-high network clientele.
  • Great social and networking skills deeply rooted in the local community.
  • Demonstrated skills and demeanor for selling luxury products.
  • Sharp eye for business and practical skills to initiate and close deals through robust relationships.
  • Client-focused approach and adept at finding opportunities and providing valuable solutions.
  • Proven ability to be quick in spotting, analyzing, and solving problems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
