Job Description

How you’ll contribute to our team of product analysts: 

As a Product Analytics Intern (6 month fixed term) part of the Spend Squad, you'll join our team of passionate product analysts, product managers and engineers, helping us scale our Wise card to reach hundreds of millions more customers. 

This role offers the opportunity to convert into a full-time Product Analyst position for students in their final year.

Here's what you'll be doing day-to-day:

  • Analyze product performance: Dive deep into data to understand how users interact with our Spend product, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Solve real-world product challenges: Work closely with product managers and engineers to define problems, formulate hypotheses, and use data to drive actionable insights and recommendations that enhance the customer experience.

  • Empower data-driven decisions: Contribute to building and maintaining intuitive dashboards and reports that enable product teams to quickly access and understand key metrics.

  • Collaborate and communicate: Partner with product teams, analysts, and engineers, translating complex data findings into clear, concise recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Contribute to strategic thinking: Proactively identify and explore new analytical approaches to uncover insights that help prioritize impactful product improvements.


Qualifications

What does it take? These things are essential:

  • You are able to start in April or June 2026. 
  • You’re eligible to work in Singapore without sponsorship.

  • You're currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

  • You possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a proven ability to break down complex problems, formulate hypotheses, and use data analysis techniques to validate or refute them.

  • You have a genuine curiosity for how our Card product works and a passion for understanding user behavior to drive improvements.

  • You're comfortable using SQL to extract and manipulate data.

  • You are an excellent communicator, able to articulate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • You're proactive, eager to learn, demonstrate a growth mindset and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Bonus points if you have (but don't worry if you don't!):

  • Previous internships or university club experience in product roles, consulting roles, or data analytics roles. 

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Experience with a scripting language such as Python or R for data analysis.

  • Experience building data pipelines using DBT.
