The Product Manager for Dexcom ONE+ and Flex Mobile Applications will drive the evolution of a growing portfolio of apps designed to meet the unique needs of diverse patient segments across Europe and beyond. These products support differentiated reimbursement constructs, therapy approaches, and user experiences while delivering the same clinically trusted performance and ease of use Dexcom is known for. This role blends hands ‑ on product ownership, cross ‑ functional leadership, and strategic insight into how digital tools can improve lives across varied healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Dexcom ONE+ and Flex mobile app portfolio, ensuring each product delivers meaningful value to its target segment.
  • W ork with the Customer Product Experience Team’s G roup P roduct M anager to support a meaningful end-to-end experience and deliver against our broader product strategy and outcomes
  • Collaborate with design, UX research, clinical, and commercial teams to understand the distinct needs, behaviors, and motivations of specific patient populations.
  • Partner with engineering to translate those insights into intuitive, secure, and reliable mobile experiences.
  • Prioritize features that support accessibility, clinical outcomes, usability, and differentiation within each reimbursement or therapy model.
  • Ensure alignment between mobile app functionality, CGM system performance, and overall product reliability and safety.
  • Manage launch readiness, release planning, and sustaining efforts across products to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.
  • Analyze data and feedback from users, HCPs, and partners to inform feature prioritization and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate globally across regions and functions to ensure scalability and alignment with Dexcom’s broader digital ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in product management or digital product ownership, ideally in mobile health, medical devices, or connected consumer technology.
  • Proven ability to deliver product roadmaps grounded in user insight and business strategy.
  • Experience working with differentiated products tailored to distinct market or patient segments.
  • Strong ability to translate clinical requirements and user needs into intuitive digital experiences.
  • Cros s functional col laboration skills spanning design, engineering, regulatory, and commercial teams.
  • Solid organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail and accountability for outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities at multiple levels.
  • Familiarity with regulated product development, localization at scale, and digital health compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering, computer science, business, health technology, or a related field.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 – 12 year s of related experience . At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
