We are looking for a Product Manager, Health and Benefits Content Management to own the execution and delivery of new and/or enhanced products, services and processes associated with our platform services within our Health and Benefits line of business. In this role, you will help deliver market leading solutions and drive execution of the strategic roadmap. Your focus will be to understand the needs of our clients and their employees, as well as key stakeholders within the business, and develop and execute product strategies that deliver modern and scalable platform solutions that provide customer value and grow WEX’s leadership position in the marketplace.</span></h3><h3></h3><h3></h3><p></p><h3><b>Location</b>: Remote</h3><h3></h3><h3></h3><p></p><h3><span><b>Experience You'll Bring</b></span></h3><ul><li><h3><span>5+ years of Product Management experience within employee benefits, healthcare, insurance, or enterprise content management systems.</span></h3></li><li><h3><span>Proven history of delivering products on API driven architectures (REST/GraphQL, content delivery, webhooks, and integrations).</span></h3></li><li><h3><span>Track record of strong execution skills, with a focus on driving results as well as successfully launching and iterating on products.</span></h3></li><li><h3><span>Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and proven ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally for end to end product delivery.</span></h3></li><li><h3><span>Proven ability to work within 1 to 2 engineering teams and multiple other product teams to prioritize and deliver features within an agile framework. This includes </span>facilitating and/or participating actively in all sprint activities (e.g., writing user stories, planning, refinement, demos) to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.</h3></li><li><h3><span>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and use insights to inform product strategy and measure performance</span></h3></li><li><h3><span>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical constraints into clear business impacts and the ability to inspire teams around a vision</span></h3></li><li><h3><span>Ability to support various features in parallel, in different stages of maturity and velocity</span></h3></li><li><h3><span>Strong background in designing solutions that delight customer and stakeholders</span></h3></li></ul><h3><br><span><b>Preferred Experience:</b></span></h3><ul><li><h3><span>Undergraduate degree</span></h3></li><li><h3><span>Direct experience building/managing a modern headless Content Management System (CMS) supporting omnichannel content delivery</span></h3></li><li><h3><span>Strong history of working with platform and infrastructure teams to support scalable, composable, and event-driven systems</span></h3></li></ul><p></p><p></p>The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
