Limestone, Inc. is seeking a Bookkeeper to manage full-cycle services for our diverse clientele. You’ll be the bridge between data and clarity, performing self-reviews and working alongside our team to provide peer-reviewed reports that our clients trust.

While we start with a focused training period to get you up to speed, your long-term role is built around autonomy and a schedule that works for you.

Responsibilities

Core Bookkeeping (70% of your time)

  • Manage Full-Cycle Accounts: Deliver end-to-end bookkeeping including Payroll, AP/AR, Account Reconciliation, and Tax Filing (Sales/Use/Excise).

  • Quality Control: Ensure accuracy through self-review and records management to produce client-ready financial statements.

  • Engagement: Bring a positive, "fun" energy to every client interaction and team collaboration.

Communication & Management (20% of your time)

  • Client Advisory: Present financial data clearly, helping clients define problems and draw valid conclusions from their data.

  • Ownership: Act as a self-reliant lead on your portfolio, managing deadlines with high attention to detail and proactive communication.

Growth & Development (10% of your time)

  • Continuous Learning: Participate in weekly training and company-wide events to become a subject matter expert.

  • Contribution: Actively improve internal processes and assist with special projects as assigned.

  • Technical Excellence: Solid accounting knowledge (QuickBooks experience preferred) and business math skills.

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to collect data accurately and establish reliable facts.
