About the position

Profile Update Processor, temporary, seasonal position: Schedule for 25 hours per week however could be up to 30 hours per week. What you'll do: Review and processes email requests from Avis and Budget customers needing updates or changes to their customer profiles. Verifies customer credentials and makes needed changes in various ABG systems. Provides response back to the customer with preset replies in most cases. Enters the updates/changes in the ABG systems, completing documentation and properly closing the email ticket.

Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of six months related experience.
  • Detail oriented with good written communication skills.
  • Ability to determine customer needs and respond appropriately.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient data entry skills.
  • Proficient in using ABG systems and MS Office, especially Outlook email.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Regular and punctual attendance is required.
  • Attendance and active participation in virtual training sessions is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous work-from-home (WFH) or hybrid experience preferred.
  • Ability to maintain a non-disruptive, distraction-free, designated, safe and ergonomically sound work environment.

Benefits
