Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Conduct on-site inspections and document progress of construction projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process. Contribute to the development of project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and team members. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all employees. Learn and apply industry best practices and techniques in construction management. Assist in procuring materials and equipment needed for construction projects. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the team and project goals.
