Overview

The Project Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives with a strong focus on change management, stakeholder communications, and training design and delivery. This role provides strategic planning and executive facilitation, coupled with deep hands-on delivery responsibility. This role will personally develop and implement project plans, change strategies, communication materials, and training programs to drive adoption and readiness. This is a remote, long term consulting engagement working full time hours. Qualified candidates will work MST or CST time zones and must be authorized to work in the USA without requiring any Visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and status reporting.
  • Provide strategic planning and executive facilitation, including leadership workshops, decision forums, and sponsor alignment.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder impact and readiness assessments.
  • Create, develop, and deliver communication materials, including executive presentations, messaging, and end-user communications.
  • Design, develop, and facilitate training materials and programs, including decks, job aids, guides, digital and asynchronous learning, live and/or virtual training sessions.
  • Drive hands-on implementation of project plans, change activities, communications, and training, ensuring alignment with milestones and measurable adoption outcomes.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in project management, with direct ownership of delivery outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management, communications, and training design, development, and facilitation.
  • Digital and asynchronous learning development experience using Storyboard, Rise, and Camtasia
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner® (or equivalent, recognized change management certification) required.
  • Strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills across executive and frontline audiences.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Hands-on project and change management experience delivering large-scale enterprise initiatives, such as Salesforce implementations, sales process and pricing changes, data management and governance programs, and industrial or environmental transformations.
  • Professional, executive level presence and the ability to work on video for meetings, workshops and training facilitation.

Compensation

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a 6 months+ consulting engagement with an expected annual salary of $90-130k . Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
