<strong>Job Description</strong><br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><br><strong>Lead GTM Implementations for New Partnerships and Partnership Service Expansion:</strong><br><ul> <li>Own and manage the end-to-end implementation process for newly signed partnerships, from initial kickoff through go-live.</li> <li>Translate business development deal terms into actionable project plans and integration requirements.</li> <li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status updates across workstreams (e.g., lead delivery, technical integrations, marketing assets, operational workflows, etc.).</li></ul><br><strong>Coordinate Cross-Functional Execution:</strong><br><ul> <li>Serve as the point of coordination between internal stakeholders (Business Development, Account Management, Marketing, Client Success, Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Legal) and external partner teams.</li> <li>Facilitate meetings, drive accountability on deliverables, and ensure cross-team alignment on partnership scope, timing, and responsibilities.</li> <li>Track progress, resolve blockers, escalate risks, and manage changes to ensure timely and successful launches.</li></ul><br><strong>Ensure Operational Readiness:</strong><br><ul> <li>Validate that all technical and service workflows are tested and in place before launch (e.g., lead ingestion, routing rules, service-level expectations).</li> <li>Collaborate with client success and operations teams to ensure lead quality standards and response readiness are met.</li> <li>Manage approval processes for client-facing materials, communications, and activation assets.</li></ul><br><strong>Support Strategic GTM Enablement:</strong><br><ul> <li>Support the continuous improvement of go-to-market processes, documentation, and onboarding templates.</li> <li>Capture and analyze implementation feedback to optimize future partnership launches.</li> <li>Help codify best practices and repeatable frameworks to accelerate time-to-value for future partnerships.</li></ul><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br><ul> <li>3-6 years of relevant experience in project management, go-to-market operations, client onboarding, or implementation.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and collaboration skills-able to drive alignment across technical, operational, and business teams.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.</li> <li>Familiarity with sales, CRM systems, or lead generation workflows is a plus.</li> <li>Experience in real estate, tech, or marketplaces a bonus but not required.</li></ul><br><br><strong>About Us</strong><br><br>Our Leads Group is a dedicated organization within Anywhere focused on delivering high-quality, high-converting leads to Anywhere affiliated brokers and agents across Anywhere's six residential real estate brands.
