In this role, you will be responsible for managing the coordination, governance, and oversight of multiple projects across the CRC, with a focus on facilitating prioritisation & alignment of all projects within the overarching organisational objectives. Reporting directly to the PMO Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring projects progress smoothly, reduce operational inertia, and deliver meaningful outcomes that contribute to the organisation\'s strategic goals.</p><p><strong>Mission:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>PMO Champion</strong>: Cultivate and uphold the function and framework of the PMO, establishing it as a centralised function that governs project prioritisation and execution in alignment with Ubisoft\'s strategic goals.</li><li><strong>Project Management</strong>: Take responsibility for the full lifecycle of projects, from initiation to close, ensuring adherence to timelines, documentation & quality standards, and scope management.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration</strong>: Engage with cross-functional teams and leaders, ensuring alignment between project outputs and the broader CRC strategy.</li><li><strong>Governance & Reporting</strong>: Manage and maintain reporting frameworks that provide transparency into project progress, risks, and outcomes for senior leadership and other key stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Process Optimisation</strong>: Champion best practices in project management and PMO standards, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in how projects are initiated, executed, and governed.</li><li><strong>Risk Management</strong>: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, keeping projects on track while adjusting to evolving needs and constraints within the CRC.</li><li><strong>Leadership</strong>: Represent the PMO as a trusted advocate of best practices, supporting the hands-on, assertive approach necessary to streamline project execution and ensure continued positive progression.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the day-to-day execution of high-priority projects, ensuring they are aligned with CRC and Ubisoft\'s objectives.</li><li>Partner with Strategic Solutions to ensure a robust project and portfolio ecosystem that clearly feeds into the CRC Objectives and Strategies.</li><li>Facilitate regular project reviews, status updates, and reporting mechanisms that allow senior leadership to monitor progress against key organisational KPIs.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project dependencies are identified and managed effectively.</li><li>Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and stored in the appropriate systems (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).</li><li>Establish clear metrics for measuring project success, ensuring that all projects feed into larger programmes aimed at enhancing player experience and operational efficiency.</li><li>Offer mentorship and guidance to junior project team members, encouraging development and upskilling.</li><li>Provide project management as a service on a consultancy basis to other departments and teams as requested.</li></ul><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><p><strong>Skills and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Proven Project Management Experience</strong>: 5+ years in a project management role, ideally within a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.</li><li><strong>PMO Experience</strong>: Experience working within a PMO framework, with the ability to champion process improvements and governance.</li><li><strong>Leadership & Initiative</strong>: Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct complex discussions with multiple stakeholders and deliver significant impact through project outcomes.</li><li><strong>Data-Driven Decision-Making</strong>: Experience working with multiple data sources, using metrics to inform project success and optimise outcomes.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder Management</strong>: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments and leadership levels.</li><li><strong>Project Management Tools</strong>: Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint).</li><li><strong>Agile & Waterfall Methodologies</strong>: Understanding of Agile and traditional Waterfall project management methodologies, with the ability to apply them as needed.</li></ul><p><b>ADDITIONAL
