You will be a dot connector, air traffic controller, and the connective tissue between our programs. We work on broadening our internal diversity because we want to be culturally equipped to build products and solutions for our diverse user base</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Develop and lead end-to-end project management strategies and implementation plans for performance programs, including the midyear and annual reviews</li> <li>Advise and consult on other projects/programs across the Total Rewards and People portfolio in order to upskill the extended teams, maintain a high quality standard, and scale impact through others</li> <li>Build, use, champion, and evolve our project management infrastructure, playbooks, and templates to equip teams to confidently self-serve </li> <li>Build connection and improve cross-functional collaboration, capabilities, and trust across People and partner teams</li> <li>Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of performance programs (alongside People Analytics peers) and make recommendations for improvements accordingly </li> <li>Drive effective change management as necessary, ensuring that Stripes feel supported and clear when changes do happen</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who you are</strong></h2> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.</span></p> <h3><strong>Minimum requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of project/program management experience in HR, preferably at a high tech, global company</li> <li>Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and team operating models </li> <li>Demonstrated experience designing and implementing large-scale programs, with particular focus on change management and communications</li> <li>Stakeholder management and engagement experience with a track record of building strong cross-functional relationships</li> <li>Outstanding facilitation and communication skills; you guide teams from point A to point B in a way that’s approachable, authentic, direct, and inclusive </li> <li>Strong organization and project management experience; you love bringing order to chaos, connecting dots, and translating strategy into clear action plans </li> <li>Passion for learning, coaching, and continuous improvement; you’re constantly looking for ways to make things (and people!) work more efficiently and effectively</li> <li>The ability to adapt and manage competing priorities in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment; you’re expecting change and are take it in stride</li> <li>Comfort working both autonomously and cross-functionally; you’re a self-starter and trusted partner who’s able to influence people at all levels of an organization </li> <li>Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills; you use data to tell the story and share your recommendations in an easy to understand, logical, and impactful way</li> </ul>
