Communicate and collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and align project deliverables accordingly. Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on project progress, risks, and issues. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and take proactive measures to address them. Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on time. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and consultants, to ensure all project deliverables are met. Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications. Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members to ensure project objectives are met and team members are motivated and engaged. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to SAP project management and provide recommendations for process improvements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during project implementation. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of project proposals.
