Research, investigate, and resolve provider questions, requests, and issues with a focus on provider enrollment.</p></li><li><p>Identify root causes and implement resolutions for provider inquiries and challenges.</p></li><li><p>Educate providers on applicable policies, procedures, and program updates.</p></li><li><p>Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Medicaid programs, processes, and guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Handle customer requests promptly while maintaining a positive provider experience.</p></li><li><p>Use available tools and resources to deliver accurate and timely research assistance.</p></li><li><p>Meet all contractual requirements while fostering positive working relationships with providers, colleagues, and project stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Interact professionally and effectively with all levels of management and client representatives.</p></li><li><p>Attend in-person visits, training, and events to deliver provider education and support.</p></li><li><p>Ability to travel up to 10 percent, reliable vehicle required</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>Basic Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience OR Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care, and / or Health Plan Managed Care</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Experience with Provider Enrollment or Credentialing</p></li><li><p>MS Office experience</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><i><span>"Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
