<p>We are looking for a Provider Success Associate to join our Provider Operations team. The Provider Operations team’s mission is to build, retain, and empower the most diverse, high-quality provider community to drive member delight and clinical outcomes. The Provider Success Associate will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our providers via email, phone, and video. This person is dedicated to help build the best company for mental health providers to practice, starting with delivering exceptional and unmatched support.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing:  </strong></p> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Manage incoming provider support questions and requests for assistance</li> <li>Analyze and troubleshoot process and technical issues reported by providers</li> <li>Coordinate with partner teams to ensure inquiries and escalations are directed to the appropriate subject matter experts and resolved promptly</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement of the provider support experience by optimizing processes, tools, and communication</li> <li>Build and maintain a resource library and training guides to efficiently and effectively support our providers</li> <li>Develop and maintain provider support data analyses and reporting</li> <li>Participate in and lead special projects as directed by management</li> <li>Identify opportunities to enhance the scalability of provider operations</li> <li>Draft and send communications to provider network and specific provider populations, as instructed by leadership</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we expect from you: </strong></p> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or queue-based support roles</li> <li>Outstanding written, verbal, and listening communication skills with a high attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to develop operations and processes for scaling efficiently</li> <li>Proactive project management skills</li> <li>Thoughtful, curious, and collaborative problem-solving approach</li> <li>Demonstrates humility, resourcefulness, ambition, and professionalism</li> <li>Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms is a plus</li> <li>Experience in telehealth or startups is advantageous but not required</li> <li>Strong understanding of provider support needs</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills</li> <li>Proven ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What success looks like in this role:</strong></p> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Meeting daily, weekly and monthly productivity targets</li> <li>Adhering to quality assurance expectations</li> <li>Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of Spring Health platforms and operational processes, especially as these systems evolve</li> </ul> <p>The target base salary range for this position is <strong>$32.05-39.62</strong>, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
