P rimary Job Responsibilities Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the off-site construction sector through both vertical integration of current client base & development of new client opportunities. Build and maintain a network of potential clients through research, networking events, and industry connections. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve target revenues / volume and market share. Client Management Function as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions through ICGs innovative construction processes. Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to discuss progress, address any concerns, and gather feedback. Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, following through on their request, and ensuring best in class customer service and satisfaction. Collaborate with project managers, field teams and other stakeholders to ensure we exceed client expectations. Function as the voice of the customer and create connectivity on behalf of the client through all divisions within ICG. Actively walk job sites, review build schedules and job progress, maintain inventory control, and be proactive to meet client needs. Sales and Marketing Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of off-site construction. Develop and maintain sales collateral, such as brochures, case studies, and website content. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to drive awareness and generate leads. Account Administration Maintain accurate client records, including contact details, interactions, and sales activities, using a CRM system. Track and report on sales performance, forecasting future revenue opportunities and potential risks. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities or potential challenges. M anagement Responsibilities Without Direct Reports S cope Decision Impact: Individual Department Responsibility: None Budgetary Responsibility: No Direct Reports: No Indirect Reports: No Physical Requirements: No R equired Education/ Experience/Attributes Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, marketing, or related field preferred. 5+ years of proven experience as an account manager or sales representative in the construction industry, preferably with knowledge of off-site construction & or framing experience. Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Customer service and team mindset. Required Skillsets Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Enthusiastic focus on customer satisfaction and be able to address any issues or concerns that arise. · Strong organizational skills to be able to manage multiple accounts and projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. Initiative-taking and results-oriented with a deep drive for success. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement. Good understanding of construction processes and procedures and stay up to date on technology and best practices. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
