Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service by putting all customers (internal and external) first.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Ability to travel throughout the year, on an as needed basis, to various project sites to assist Project Managers with preliminary site visits, vendor meetings, and/or site setups </li> <li>Assist the Facilities team with large remediation projects </li> <li>Collaborate with Director and Project Managers to support annual capex budget, which includes list of upcoming and desired projects, scope of work, and projected cost </li> <li>Drive project budget submittal and approval progress tracking and communicate status to Project Managers </li> <li>Prior construction knowledge or project management skills to enhance functional group collaboration efforts </li> <li>Conduct weekly project update calls and follow-up on outstanding tasks resulting from weekly meetings </li> <li>Track and manage vendor invoices </li> <li>Supports Project Manager by attending weekly Procurement calls and gaining experience and knowledge of the process  Participates in coordination and management of project close out </li> <li>Interpret and review leases and understands the verbiage related to the LL Work Letter, T.I.
