<p><b>Who we are looking for</b></p><p>The Global Realty Regional Director for EMEA is responsible for the strategic management of the owned and leased facilities across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. The incumbent will be charged with overseeing facilities operations, portfolio planning, acquisitions and disposals, project and move management, crisis management and achieving financial operating budget for EMEA properties.</p><p></p><p><b>What you will be responsible for</b></p><ul><li>Create a global strategic plan to continually identify financial opportunities, efficiency improvements, and flexibility enhancements throughout the portfolio</li><li>Identify how individual real estate decisions can be more closely aligned with the global portfolio strategy</li><li>Develop and implement space utilization strategies for the company</li><li>Maximize value potential to the company without sacrificing service delivery</li><li>Allocate and manage all physical office space</li><li>Serve as the senior point of contact for all property management issues</li><li>Monitor all ongoing projects and facilitates effective communication between contractors and other third-party vendors</li><li>Build relationships with outsourced providers, to refine service delivery execution, to refine best practices, and to disseminate information throughout the firm</li><li>Develop talent and improve organizational effectiveness</li><li>Travel periodically in conjunction with real estate transactions</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education & Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree plus eight (8) years of related experience in client relationship management and/or corporate real estate, including strategy development, leasing, and/or workplace/facilities management, in relevant geographic locations throughout the Global or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience managing internal and external staff</p></li><li><p>Strong customer focus and ability to balance and advance business objectives in the context of corporate standards and governance</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills written and oral; Must be able to articulate business cases</p></li><li><p>Ability to indirectly influence outcomes with a strong analytical approach</p></li><li><p>Strong client management skills</p></li><li><p>Proven self-starter who can work independently and with teams, effectively juggle multiple priorities, and has a strong track record of delivering outstanding results</p></li><li><p>Superior problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>Attention to detail and ability to organize complex concepts and information</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Are you the right candidate?
