JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible to provide and maintain complete pricing and reporting integrity of the dept/store. Provides leadership and motivation within the store to promote a culture reflective of Lowe's guiding principles, core values, and vision.

JOB DUTIES:
•	Maintain price Integrity of the entire store.
•	Maintain all in-store price markings in accordance with the in-store master price file.
•	Maintain legible, accurate and properly placed shelf tags.
•	Generate and maintain in-store sign program, making changes as necessary.
•	Assist in the training and development of backup Scan Coordinator teammates as assigned.
•	Complete all activities in accordance with Management Awareness guidelines.
•	Communicate and coordinate with Store Manager/Assistant Manager to provide feedback from the store.
•	Advise Store / Assistant Manager of any equipment problems.
•	Report pricing and UPC discrepancies to the corporate office.
•	Report new items and not on files items to the corporate office.
•	Adhere to all compliance of company policies, programs, procedure and guidelines.
•	Keep work area maintained appropriately to ensure a safe work environment for teammates and customers.
•	Must be able to perform other duties.
•	Maintain compliance of company policies, programs, procedures and guidelines
•	Work with store teammates to identify the root causes of issues and inefficiencies.
•	Constantly interacts with teammates to ensure that all teammates understand Lowe's expectations.
•	Bookkeeping and administrative support as assigned.

Requirements

Training and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.  1 year experience preferred.

Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:
Must have knowledge of store computer system.  Ability to familiarize self with store products and special promotions. Possess good customer relations skills.  Must possess basic math skills and be organized. Must read and write English.

Works in a well-lit, well ventilated area.  Occasional exposure to refrigerated storage areas with temperatures as low as 20 degrees below zero. Subject to damp/humid conditions and seasonal outdoor weather.  Occasionally subject to extreme noise from compressors or other machinery.   Subject to communicable disease.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Light work- exerting 20 pounds of force occasionally, and /or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Requires walking and/or standing up to a significant degree.
