Job Description:

  • Develop and lead a high performing candidate focused team of recruiters and design/implement full life cycle recruitment strategy
  • Provide leadership to assigned recruitment team and support direct recruitment efforts for assigned clients
  • Create and maintain KPIs for the healthcare recruiters with management
  • Coach, provide feedback, and remove barriers to enable team to meet or exceed KPIs
  • Develop recruiting professionals to achieve recruitment objectives while meeting quality expectations
  • Drive team results by leveraging strategic recruitment methods to attract and identify diverse candidates from online platforms, ATS, third party vendors, professional boards, associations, social media and community outreach
  • Work with leadership to identify best ROI recruitment platforms based on ATS data
  • Review workorders and proofs for accuracy
  • Hold weekly group trainings on consistent errors or trends
  • Work with Managing Director to forecast upcoming candidate activity (starts, assignment completion, cancellation)
  • Work effectively with Credential Manager to identify streamlining opportunities for candidate clearance
  • Identify and standardize sourcing tools and technologies to seek out passive qualified candidates
  • Oversee recruiters to maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's ATS
  • Create and maintain a robust full life cycle to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Ensure that recruiters fulfill all compliance responsibilities related to the position
  • Perform other duties as required
  • Learn and become an expert on our ATS system

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare recruitment management
  • Healthcare recruiting experience is required
  • Demonstrated leadership and change management experience
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of ATS and the identification and sourcing of qualified candidates using multiple platforms
  • ATS (Applicant Tracking System) experience
  • Interview and candidate selection
  • Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and/or Zoom platforms
  • Demonstrated strong communication, written and verbal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to travel on an as-needed basis
