You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe in.</p><p></p><p>Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Regional Account Manager to focus on Senior Living Owners/Managers in the Southeast Region of the US.</p><p></p><p><b>Position Objective</b></p><p>Acquire and develop our regional customer base. Specifically focused on growing sales through reinforcement of sales management practices and developing a long term plan that will meet the customer’s needs and our sales, profitability and productivity goals.</p><p></p><p><b>Location:</b> This is a remote role that will support the Southeast US Region. Must be located in the Southeast Region of the US, preferably in Florida.</p><p></p><h2><b>Key Duties and Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li>Engages small to mid-sized companies within a pre-defined territory of our focus vertical markets.</li><li>Build relationships with key customers and GPO account managers with their HQ based in the Region.</li><li>Sign contracts with corporate entities including management companies and ownership groups within the Senior Living industry.</li><li>Partners with strategic accounts and develops and maintains an effective long-term relationship.</li><li>Build and implement sales plans with Field Directors, SSMs, BDMs and TMs to drive property level activation and share of wallet growth.</li><li>Provides feedback, reporting and sales opportunities to the field sales management team</li><li>Reviews and assesses the integration and simplification of sales and customer service systems and processes.</li><li>Effective at prospecting, lead tracking, sales and customer service, provides inputs to the development of processes.</li><li>Implements detailed account analysis, quarterly customer business reviews and evaluation of customer needs.</li><li>Develop relationships with key vendors which meet branch and corporate objectives</li><li>Customer retention through monthly financial reviews, project management and execution of the program strategy</li><li>Organize and participate in trade shows, customer activities, and assisted living organizations within the region.</li></ul><p></p><h2><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience</li><li>Sales Management experience and/or extensive sales experience calling on the Senior Living industry.</li><li>Proven track record of attaining maximum sales results through successful interaction with established customers and new prospects.</li><li>Ability to travel as needed, up to 50% of the time.</li></ul><p></p><p>At Ferguson, we care for each other.
