Job Description

Virtina is expanding across North America by appointing regional partners in the eight regions. Virtina is known for building fully automated eCommerce systems for manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers. The Role: Territory Partner, B2B eCommerce Growth

As a Virtina long-termPartner, you are the regional business development leader for one of eight defined U.S. territories. You leverage your existing relationships inside manufacturing, wholesale, and distribution to connect companies with Virtina’s automated Digital Hub solutions.

You focus on relationship building, prospecting, and client acquisition. Virtina manages delivery, implementation, technical work, and long-term support. Your success is based on your industrial network and ability to open doors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy
  • Identify and engage companies that would benefit from automated B2B eCommerce
  • Represent Virtina in meetings, conferences, trade events, and industrial networks
  • Lead the discovery process and collaborate with Virtina HQ for estimates, roadmaps, and proposals
  • Grow a pipeline of qualified B2B opportunities and maintain executive relationships
  • Hit revenue milestones that unlock equity eligibility

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in B2B sales, consulting, or industrial technology
  • Direct relationships with manufacturers, distributors, or wholesalers
  • An understanding of eCommerce platforms or ERP systems is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, advisory, and networking ability
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with performance based earnings

Compensation

  • Revenue share on all projects within your territory
  • Additional residual income from support and managed services
  • Equity pool access upon reaching defined revenue targets

Pay: $120,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
