If you are interested in pursuing a <span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span class="WCN0"><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">rewarding career,</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> we invite you to review our opportunities!</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description Summary</b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p><u>Position Objective:</u></p><p>This regional strategic sales role will be responsible for driving climate revenue within an assigned book of business containing top US ranked accounts in the general building and specialty contractor space.  This is a regional position, therefore, assigned accounts and projects may be located in markets that will require overnight travel.</p><p></p><p></p><p><u>Position Responsibilities:</u></p><ul><li>Implement go-to-market strategy set by Director of Sales and Regional Sales Manager</li><li>Meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals set by Director of Sales and Regional Sales Manager</li><li>Manage all accounts through directed CRM software (Accelerate/Sales Force)</li><li>Call on mega projects and/or high-profile projects assigned by the Regional Sales Manager that may fall outside assigned customer base</li><li>Promote Climate Control and Power & HVAC solutions with strategic sellers and leaders across all other Sunbelt Rentals lines of business</li><li>Create and deliver capabilities and value driven presentations for Heating, Cooling, drying, and indoor air quality</li><li>Collaborate with National Strategic Customer Managers for assigned accounts that are also part of our National Accounts program</li><li>Engage with Regional Management on regular basis to ensure customer expectations are being met and areas of concern are being addressed</li><li>Strategically plan customer visits to offices and cultivate long term relationships with key decision makers at all levels of the organization. Utilize virtual resources such as Teams to effectively execute strategy across a large geographic footprint</li><li>Maintain master mega project list and quote pipeline for each account and project within portfolio</li><li>Provide strategic pricing, assist with the creation of master rental agreements, and connect the dots between the customer and the market renting equipment</li><li>Support field level sales by providing up to date project and contact lists</li><li>Identify new potential strategic account prospects</li><li>Prepare, deliver, present, negotiate and close proposals and agreements</li><li>Manage accounts receivable and personally resolve issues as needed </li><li>Conduct quarterly business review with Director of Sales and Regional Sales Manager</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><u>Requirements:</u></p><p><u>Education & Experience:</u></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field</li><li>4+ years’ experience in outside sales or sales management in related field </li><li>Document successful territory management showing consistent revenue growth</li><li>Ability and willingness to travel at least 50%</li><li>Well versed in all Sunbelt lines of business</li><li>Basic Microsoft Office skills</li><li>Equally versed in calling on projects, offices, corporate offices and mega projects</li><li>Strong public speaking and presentation skills</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Base Pay Range: $55,000.00 - 90,630.10<div><p>Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan.<br><br>Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
