After School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Up to $30/hr | Part-time Afternoons | Vista, CA

What You’ll Do

  • Work 1:1 or in small groups with students who need behavioral support in an after-school program
  • Follow individualized behavior plans and IEP/504 goals during homework, activities, and transitions.
  • Apply ABA strategies to support positive behavior and social skills
  • Track student data and communicate updates to school staff and supervisors
  • Help maintain a structured, safe, and supportive after-school environment

What You’ll Bring

  • Active RBT certification (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ABA or special education experience preferred in school, home, or clinical settings
  • CPI certification is a plus, but not required
  • Patience, consistency, and a team-focused approach to supporting student growth
