Location: Remote Hours: 25-40 hours per week Type: Independent Contractor (long-term opportunity) Compensation: Competitive hourly + performance commission/bonus (based on experience) Overview I am @joexfitness (on Instagram) and our team is hiring a high-quality fully remote 1-on-1 online fitness coach to work directly with clients in a personalized, high-touch environment. This role is not templated, automated, or group-based. It requires real coaching, real communication, and real relationship-building. You’ll be responsible for guiding clients through training, nutrition habits (within scope), and lifestyle change, while actively engaging with them, supporting them, and helping them stay consistent over time. This is a hands-on coaching role for someone who genuinely enjoys working closely with people. Who This Is For Experienced online personal trainers or fitness coaches Coaches who thrive in 1-on-1 client relationships Professionals comfortable being on camera, talking to clients regularly, and building trust Coaches who value structure, accountability, and long-term results over quick fixes Responsibilities Coach clients 100% online in a 1-on-1 setting Build customized training programs tailored to each client’s goals, lifestyle, and needs Provide ongoing guidance around nutrition habits (and full nutrition support if RD/RDN) Communicate with clients consistently via app messaging, check-ins, and video calls Review weekly check-ins and proactively adjust programming and strategy Motivate, nurture, and support clients through plateaus, setbacks, and life stress Track progress and maintain high standards of client care and professionalism Nice-to-Haves Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) or advanced nutrition background Proven client retention and long-term transformations Experience coaching busy professionals or lifestyle-based clients Comfortable providing video feedback, voice notes, and ongoing encouragement Expectations This is not a passive role.
