About the Role

I'm looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Remote Administrative Assistant to support an influencer marketing consulting business. This role is perfect for someone seeking flexible, part-time remote work who’s interested in learning more about influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and sales outreach.

You’ll play a key role in supporting outreach to brands, keeping campaigns organized, and managing inbox communications — helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound email outreach to brands and potential partners
  • Support campaign organization and activation, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and communications
  • Manage and organize inboxes, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
  • Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and basic documentation related to campaigns and outreach
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support day-to-day operations

What You’ll Learn

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
