We are a decade old company that aims to exceed expectations. We manage short-term lets offering guests the chance to stay in a fully-furnished property which is maintained at a high-standard.We're looking for someone who lives in Orlando Florida USA to join our team; an extremely organised and reliable person to work closely with the Admin Guru in a supporting role. This is a home-based role however there will be occasions when the Admin Guru Assistant will need to visit our properties within Florida.The tasks for this role include but are not limited to: monitoring the team inbox responding to emails taking bookings by phone updating and filing electronic documents and improving our online presence. All whilst working from the comfort of your own home. Our clients may be looking to make a booking change a booking or enquire about our properties and prices so we are looking for someone who can integrate within the team and get stuck into all of the required tasks.Preferred skills required for this role:- Excellent friendly/professional telephone and video call manner- Experience demonstrating the use of emotional intelligence- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Excellent organisational skills- Previous administrative experience not essential- Flexibility with working hoursJob Type: Part-time/ up to 5 hours per dayWork days: Monday pm & Friday pm as a standard. Other days can be worked flexibly.It is a remote role all meetings are conducted via GoogleMeet however property visits will be necessary.
