Remote Administrative Support

Part-Time | Remote | Approximately 20 Hours per Week

ROLE

The Remote Administrative Support role provides behind-the-scenes operational and digital support to ensure our platforms, content, and communications run smoothly. This position works closely with leadership to manage systems such as Kajabi, ThriveCart, Skool, and Vimeo, helping ideas move from concept to execution with care and precision. This is a part-time, remote role averaging 20 hours per week

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and format simple, on-brand graphics and materials using Canva
  • Upload, organize, and manage video content in Vimeo and Skool
  • Set up and maintain landing pages using Kajabi and ThriveCart (templates and guidance provided)
  • Build, format, and schedule email sequences in Kajabi, including automation setup
  • Test links, emails, and automations to ensure everything functions correctly before launch
  • Maintain clean digital organization and naming conventions across platforms
  • Support launches, updates, and ongoing system improvements as needed
  • Communicate progress, questions, and timelines clearly and proactively
  • Maintain the calendar for all group / membership calls as well as coaching calls with the leadership team.
  • Customer Support as needed with membership, answering questions within the membership portals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working in digital platforms (Kajabi, ThriveCart, Skool, Vimeo, or similar tools)
  • Organized, methodical, and able to manage multiple tasks accurately
  • Self-directed and dependable in a remote environment
  • Basic design awareness and ability to follow brand guidelines
  • Clear written communication and timely responsiveness

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Accuracy of uploads, emails, and automations
  • On-time completion of tasks and deadlines
  • Smooth launches with fully functioning landing pages and email sequences
