Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sentrilite is building a next-generation runtime security and observability platform powered by AI. They are seeking AI/Cybersecurity Product Managers who will oversee the development of innovative cybersecurity products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive product strategy and launches.


Responsibilities

  • Own product areas end-to-end — from problem discovery to release and iteration
  • Work closely with customers, security teams, and engineering to define high-impact features
  • Translate AI, detection, and runtime telemetry concepts into clear product requirements
  • Prioritize roadmap decisions using user feedback, usage data, and business context
  • Drive launches, documentation, and cross-functional alignment in a fast-moving startup

Skills

  • Proficiency in product management techniques, including roadmap planning, stakeholder communication, and strategic problem-solving
  • Technical understanding of cybersecurity principles, AI technologies (including machine learning basics and data-driven insights), and cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Collaboration skills including experience working with software development teams, designers, and stakeholders in an agile development environment
  • Strong analytical skills for conducting market research, analyzing metrics, and assessing product performance to drive improvements
  • Effective communication skills, with an ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Relevant certifications in security or cloud technologies are a plus
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies for cybersecurity, runtime security, or hybrid-cloud environments like Kubernetes, eBPF, and containerization is a plus
